Operating Hours
We are open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays.
We operate under one-hour time blocks for drop-offs and pick-ups. These time blocks will be scheduled in the morning and afternoon as follows:
Weekdays:
Morning drop-off: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Morning pick-up: 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM
Afternoon drop-off: 12:30 PM – 1 PM
Afternoon pick-up: 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Weekends:
Drop-off: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Pick-up: 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM
If you'd like your pet to skip the queue, an additional express fee of $25 will apply.
Note that this excludes cats, separate appointment times will be allocated.

Full Pamper
Full body clip, styled face, bath, blow-dry and nail trim.
*Additional cost incures for longer lengths & breed specific styles.
*Additional fees apply to matted and knotty coats, we DO NOT offer de-matting therefore a full shave will be performed.

Mini Pamper Tidy
Bath, Blow-dry, nails, trim around eyes, feet and hygiene areas.
* No length taken off the coat.

Extra Large (30kgs+) - $90
De-shed
Bath, high velocity blow-dry to remove under-coat, brush, comb, paw and nail trim.
*Feathering & pants tidy on request.
*Additional fees apply for heavily impacted coats.

Cat Grooming
* Note we DO NOT sedate cats for grooming. Aggressive cats will be referred to your veterinarian for sedation.
* Additional fees apply to matted and knotty coats, we DO NOT offer de-matting therefore a full shave will be performed.
*Bath & blow-dry service for cats will be provided at the groomer's discretion, depending on your cats ability to tolerate the process.
